I first found out about Tammy Hembrow on Instagram, she has a huge following of like 5 million which is insane.

I seen her pics when she was pregnant herself and she actually has a pregnancy workout plan as well.

What are you actually getting when you buy this meal plan?

What's In It & Is It Worth Buying?

As stated in the title of her meal plan page, it's just a 7 day clean and simple meal plan eBook in pdf format.

Simple indeed.

She says you get:

• Seven days of her planned out meals
• Grocery list
• Recipes
• Foods to stay away from
• Some info on macros and cheat meals

Pretty standard stuff when it comes to a nutrition guide, only problem is it's not very flexible.

In my opinion, it's a very basic meal plan and probably didn't take long to put together at all.

Worth buying? Not really.

One thing a lot of people don't realise is, the cost of groceries and the time and effort it takes to cook these meals.

I try and stick to a very strict budget when doing my groceries but I do try and buy fresh fruit and veg.

After reading what others think there seems to be a lot of people who have the same complaint as me – the grocery list is crazy expensive.

Tammy Hembrow Alternative

The big difference compared to Tammy Hembrow is Jen Ferruggia's complete workout program only cost $29.95.

Lets compare both of them so you know what I mean:

As you can see, there's a pretty big difference in both price and value for money.

I'm not saying Tammy Hembrow's programs are bad, there are plenty of mixed reviews to justify that, but for the price it's just not worth it in my opinion.

What I like about Jen Ferruggia's program is you get everything included so there's no buying a different guide for the workouts, then having to buy another one for the diet.

I think you'll agree, both of these ladies have amazing bodies and the only difference is who has the biggest instagram following.

Tammy definitely wins there – but are you going to pay extra just because of instafame?

My Tammy Hembrow meal plan review probably isn't the most positive review you will read but hey it's my opinion and based on other peoples reviews I'm not alone.

If you're a big Tammy Hembrow fan then go for it, I personally don't think it's worth the money but hey others seem to have mixed feeling – some like it some don't so it's really up to you.
